This project was a complete new build from scratch for the Rathlugh Developments team. We built this 5000 square FT industrial unit to include a roller shutter door, loft space, and an upper mezzanine area with offices, canteen & toilet facility.
The modern industrial unit was finished to the highest level and incorporates a slip resistant rapid cure resin on the floor.
