This project involved a complete gutting of the existing 3 bedroom 2 storey house. During the course of this project it was necessary to remove the entire roof due to its poor condition. Care was taken to reclaim all existing blue banger slates to re-use. We constructed a single storey extension to the rear of the house. Priority for the client was that this house be restored to its former glory. This meant reinstating the original wood work and plaster detailing, which yielded results.
