Joey FarrellyManaging Director

Joey our M.D., is a proud Walterstown man and is living in Meath most of his life. He spent 4 years in DIT Bolton Street learning his trade and he’s now a qualified carpenter with over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry both in Ireland and abroad.

Joey started Rathlugh Developments with his main business philosophy of offering his customers “an honest approach to their building needs with a key attention to detail” and because of this, most of his work comes from extremely satisfied customers referring him.

Joey is a family man with a keen interest in GAA and is currently the senior team manager for Walterstown GAA.

Cormac MurphyBespoke Furniture Expert

Cormac Murphy, another Meath man, has worked for Rathlugh Developments for the last 10 years, specialising in bespoke furniture design and manufacture for all our construction jobs. Cormac produces top grade furniture and kitchens in unique customised styles.

His core skill is the ability to listen carefully to our customer’s needs, then taking these into consideration he designs and manufactures the highest quality furniture for the job, always completing to perfection.

Cormac enjoys soccer and GAA and is involved at coaching at an underage level with his local soccer team.

Yvonne MulliganInterior Designer

Working alongside Rathlugh Developments, Yvonne offers a Free of Charge consultation and is readily available to help with the sourcing of all interior requirements.

Over the years Yvonne has compiled a directory of where to find everything you might need for your project, from upholsters to bathroom, electrical, flooring, tiles, fabric and wallpapers, lighting, blinds, antiques and art.

Colour consultations, mood and sample boards and 3D room drawing also available.
