Rathlugh Developments have been engaged on a number of projects here at the Town Centre over the past couple of years. There are two that come to mind with ease. Both involved the stripping out of shop units Numbers 20 and Mall Unit 4 B, including services and making good and ready for Fixtures & Fittings. In a fully functioning shopping centre, this is no easy task, and is not without risks and complications.
I have to say that Rathlugh were not found wanting in any department and completed the tasks in timely fashion with the minimum of fuss and no interruption to the smooth running of the shopping mall. The level of personal commitment from the Managing Director and hands on activity when required was very satisfying.

This house is my wife’s childhood home, built in the 1930s.
Architect Michael Frain developed some highly original ideas, including the profile of the roof over the new kitchen-dining area to maximise light within the house, and a unique method of extending the staircase into the attic.We consider ourselves lucky to have had Joey and Rathlugh Developments take on the work. He assisted us throughout, taking us to suppliers who he felt would offer good value and quality, showing an aptitude for matching colours and textures in brick and stone and retaining the art deco features to the front of the house.
